FAQ for your new English Cream Golden Retriever
Our puppies are $3,500, which includes a $500 holding fee applied toward the final purchase price. The holding fee is due after the puppies are born and is required to reserve a puppy. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup.
Please contact us to complete a puppy application. If we determine that you are a good match, we will keep your information on file along with your specific preferences.
Deposits are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The first deposit received will have first selection, the second deposit will have second selection, and so on.
Please note that first deposit does not automatically guarantee pick of the litter. We reserve the right to retain pick of the litter for ourselves or to place a specific puppy in a home based on specific circumstances or needs.
We accept cashier’s checks, cash, and Venmo payments. We do not accept personal checks. Please note all puppy fees are subject to State of New Mexico gross receipts tax.
Please visit our Available Puppies page for more information. For the most up-to-date information please visit our Facebook or Instagram pages.

We will deliver puppies so long as they are in our direct supervision throughout the delivery process. Please see "Do we deliver puppies" FAQ for more information.
Absolutely! We love showing off our dogs and welcome visitors by appointment. Because we follow specific biosecurity standards to protect the health of our puppies and dogs, we ask that all visits be scheduled in advance.
We believe it’s important for families to meet their breeder and see where the puppies are raised. Be cautious of breeders who do not allow visits until pickup day.

Yes. Every puppy comes with a health guarantee. All our parent dogs are carefully screened for genetic conditions, and we only breed dogs that meet our standards for health, temperament, and quality.
If a new owner believes their puppy may have a genetic issue, the puppy should first be evaluated by their veterinarian. Written documentation from the veterinarian, including the diagnosis, must then be provided to us. We reserve the right to have the puppy evaluated by a veterinarian of our choice for a second opinion. All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the owner.
If both veterinarians confirm the same genetic defect, the puppy and registration paperwork must be returned to us. We will then provide a replacement puppy according to the terms outlined in our contract.
We only sell our puppies on AKC Limited Registration.
